User Account
You will be asked to provide information (username, email address, country of residence) that is accurate, current and complete when creating a user account in this mobile application. Failing may result in immediate termination of your user account on the app, which is not aligned with the terms. By creating a user account, you will have access to use the functionalities of this mobile application.
In Addition to providing personal information, you will also be asked to create a password when registering through the app to use the service provided. It is your responsibility to safeguard your user password and not to share it with the third party. After creating your user account successfully, you will be able to use the service provided by the application.
The rights that the application grants you
Take into consideration that MobileApp LLC is the legal owner of the application (Brainzy), the creative content, illustrations, logos, and all related intellectual property rights that are protected by copyright laws. The application grants you to create an account within the app, use the services it offers, and delete your user account.
The faster answers to quizzes get more points: Fast and accurate responses to quizzes will be rewarded with more points.
Collection of Points: Users will accumulate points regardless of their current level.
Rewards upon reaching levels: Users will receive gifts for their progress in the application when reaching a new level.
Accumulation of Points: Points earned through quizzes and levels will accumulate in the user's account.
Points retention: Even upon receiving a gift for reaching a level, points will not be reset or deducted from the user's account.
The rights that you grant the application
You will provide us with information when using the application, such as personal information and your answers to the daily, weekly and monthly puzzles. By using the application, you grant MobileApp a right to use the data provided by you for statistical analysis and other analytical purposes.
We, as a company, and our third-party partners may place advertising on the app, including personalized advertising based on the information you provide us, we collect, or we obtain about you. Users should expect receiving advertisements in the content of the app.
